Professional background

I have worked for Rudding Park Hotel for the past 5 years, voted the best hotel in The UK, and have learnt a great deal about the industry. I am hoping to invest in restaurant startups and expansions. With a surplus of capital ready to invest I would like to help finance and grow a successful restaurant group.
