Professional background

I am 28 years old and my background is entrepreneurship and banking.
I have 5 years banking experience – 1 year in Australia, 2 years
restructuring mid market/property companies in Dublin and 2 years in
London restructuring LBOs.

I have applied the techniques that I have gathered through my
restructuring experience, synonymous to the investment criteria a
equity investor may use, to purchase a distressed business and turn it
around.

I have also started and sold 2 other bricks and mortar businesses. In
addition to this I have built up numerous contacts within the finance
industry should additional investment/finance be required at a later
stage.

I have a degree in Finance.

I am interested on hands-on involvement and am an individual investor.
