Chartered Accountant by training, worked for 22 years in pretty much all types of life and general insurance at various times in the U.K and Europe, for the last 8 or so years of my career at Managing Director level in retail insurance. Trustee and Treasurer of Helping Rhinos, a U.K. based charity aiming to help rhinos survive in their natural environment. Now retired, I am a non-executive director on a couple of insurance boards and am looking for interesting investment opportunities. Environmental angle particularly interesting.
