ScaleUp Capital is a specialist PE Fund with a strong 20-year track record of over 6x gross returns on capital invested. With current AUM of approximately £150 million, we specialise in the B2B software, data/content, and services sectors. We focus on established growth companies that are ready to scale-up to the next level, and unlike venture capital firms, we prioritise a lower risk profile and avoid the chase for hyper growth or heavily loss-making ventures. We seek out businesses with quantifiable product-market fit, solid unit economics, predictable growth and sizable market opportunities, and we have not lost money on an individual investment. Also, our team provides more than just capital - we offer significant hands-on operational support and scale-up expertise to the companies we partner with and, in the end, we believe this is the primary reason for our high returns.
