I have worked in providing modelling and risk advisory to insurance companies for the last 12 years. For the last 3 years I have been in Tokyo providing advice on how best integrate new technologies into the insurance, reinsurance and brokers' strategies in APAC.

I supervise and help develop the catastrophe management, actuarial and research and development teams to provide risk assessment to insurance companies and their reinsurance markets to enable appropriate risk transfer. We are also leading the Aon InsurTech initiative in Japan, looking for new ideas and partneriships that can impact the insurance market on risk, pensions, retirment and health
