Hi Everyone,

To summarise the areas of my expertise and interest are: IT SaaS (Start-ups) & Real Estate market.

IT

With over 10+ years working in the IT sector from Sales/ Business Development / Account Manager all the way to Commercial/ Operations Director. Working for these lovely IT businesses, I saw the value and opportunity they offered that I have been missing out on.
The time has come where I would like to spread my wings and put my experience to the test. With my wealth of commercial experience, I would like to join forces with an IT SaaS (Start up) & physically be part of the business on a day-to-day basis.
So, I would like to propose a capital investment for a share in the company along with me being part of the business on a day-to-day basis from a commercial side. (Can be discussed & negotiated.)

Real Estate

The 2nd business venture which I have been involved with is properties. From my very first property being purchased 10+ years ago in Southeast, UK to now, I have grown a portfolio across UK (From London to Newcastle). Majority of my portfolio has been grown based on capital appreciation & then re-mortgaging. During this period, I realised the waiting game & long-term game is good however, opportunities are out there to capitalise and make my money work faster.

Business areas in my interest in the property and who I’d like to partner with:

Below market value properties – Buy to sell.
Even if you start in the northern market where it is cheaper, I’m happy to work with the someone and make a business out of it. Build from 1 property to 10 properties a year.
Buy, Renovate, Rent & Re-finance.

Ideally, I would like someone who has similar experience in the UK property market (Experienced or relatively new) and build a business.

Even SaaS start-ups in the property market would be of interest, as I have seen the positive & negative of the rental market & having a solution that can save a landlord time/money & make a transition run smoothly is music to my ears & a dream at this moment in life.
