I have recently completed the £100m+ sale of a media business following an MBO out of a large media PLC. I jointly ran the business with my business partner and we were the only executive directors/shareholders. I am now looking for new business opportunities and am open to active or silent partner status. I am a Chartered Accountant by training and most recently was Commercial and Finance Director for a media business focussed in publishing and exhibitions in UK and Europe. I now have a variety of angle investments and continue to look for good quality businesses.
