Professional background

- I am an experienced angel investor in early stage technology and other businesses (12 personal investments) - I am also an Investment Director of an established UK venture fund (20 investments) - I have experience of equity fundraising for early stage businesses - I have a career background in management consultancy, smaller company investment banking and corporate finance - I also serve in both Non-executive director and Chairman roles on the boards of several companies in which I have invested I aim to contribute to my investee companies through: - general strategic, operational and managerial assistance, particularly in financial and commercial functions, and in sales and marketing - introductions to relevant industry contacts, and other private and institutional investors.
